Opportunity:
As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care by supervising nursing personnel. Your coordination of care delivery, adherence to professional standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams will ensure our patients' needs are met effectively. This role provides a unique opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about patient care and eager to advance their careers. Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor include: Ensuring the delivery of effective, quality, outcome-focused nursing care Collaborating with residents, responsible parties, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized plans of care Implementing the plan of care consistently and cost-efficiently, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes Utilizing all appropriate resources for resident/family/responsible party counseling and discharge planning Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share relevant information for changing the plan of careJob Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements: Possession of a valid unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment Current CPR certification Basic computer skillsPreferred:
experience with providing pain management and IV skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to be eligible for this position.
