Job Description

Be the one to help loved ones get the care they need. 7 pm - 7 am We are GROWING!! Come join our TEAM Heritage Living Centers in search of a Charge Nurse. This is a full time position with benefits such as vacation, health insurance, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct admissions for LTC and Skilled nursing patients Prep charts prior to patient arrival, enter orders, and conduct admission assessment. Provide information, screen, and teach patients and their families. Coordinate with other health care professionals to plan and improve the care of the patients.
