Center Director Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We're looking for a dynamic Center Director to lead our Hot Springs clinic•a clinical leader who thrives in patient care and enjoys mentoring a small, driven team. Compensation:

$140,000 annual salary, plus $400 for 1 Saturday a month. RVU bonuses are paid quarterly, with a $7,300 annual cap, based on KPIs met.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3-4 clinic staff members Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care

What We're Looking For:

Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required) Active DEA registration in Arkansas with Arkansas CSR already established(required) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation

Monday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM•7:00

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM•1:00

PM Thursday:

7:00 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM•5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM•12:00 PM Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks
