DutiesResponsibilities:

Managing clinical operations for our Russellville branch location Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth Branch budgeting preparation Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth Increase patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care Manage Assistant Director and oversee day-to-day activities Other duties as assigned Required experience: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing Home Health and OASIS knowledgeexperience required Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations Current OASIS Certification a plus As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelinesconditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations) Perks for full-time include: Lucrative company-sponsored retirement plan (with some of the BEST $$ matching rates in the Arkansas home care industry!)
