Your previous experience in acute care adds tremendous value to our nursing team. You'll advocate for your fellow nurses as you support them in reaching their full potential, which aligns with your department's operational goals and objectives. It's also important for you to be comfortable holding tough conversations, as you are responsible for the performance of your people and your unit. Job Requirements Required Registered Nurse:

AR, upon hire and Basic Life Support

• CPR, within 30 Days and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days Preferred Bachelors Of Nursing Admission to a BSN program within one year , 12
• months or Bachelors Of Nursing obtainment of a Bachelor degree within 2 years of assuming position Nursing, 24
• months and Participation in Nursing Career Advancement Program and 2 years recent Nursing experience in area of specialty and 1 year charge/management experience Where You'll Work CHI St.
