Your Role:

Deliver exceptional, personalized care to our cherished residents Lead and mentor team members while maintaining a positive, professional environment Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders Be a hands-on leader—willing to work the floor alongside your team

We're Looking For:

Active Arkansas RN/LPN license in good standing Long-term care experience (preferred) Strong leadership skills & supervisory ability Compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent communication Our Commitment to
