This position is for RN's & LPN's ONLY. The

RN / LPN

Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising, implementing, coordinating, and managing patient care through interpersonal contact with patients, families, nursing staff, and others on his/her respective unit in accordance with all applicable laws & regulations.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday [8am - 5pm] On-Call [Rotating]

Job Responsibilities:

Effectively direct the daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs to provide leadership on the floor Chart appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner Respond in a leadership capacity to emergency situations related to patient and staff safety Coordinate patient care plans and services and other responsibilities as deemed by the administrator But first, do you qualify? Currently licensed/registered in the State of Arkansas. You must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing throughout employment.
