Hours Guaranteed Pay:
$61/hr•$69/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse•House Supervisor for an exciting Contract job in Ganado, AZ. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and oversee hospital operations during night shifts. Coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharges, and staffing assignments. Respond promptly to emergencies, escalations, and critical incidents. Support clinical teams in high-acuity and time-sensitive situations. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification. Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex situations. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in Med Tele or acute care hospital settings. Experience managing staffing, patient flow, and hospital operations.
