Employee Appreciation Days Employee Wellness Events Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse with procedural experience. Medical practice experience or equivalent management experience in the healthcare field, and/or significant leadership experience in operations Minimum of three years of administrative experience including one year of medical office experience preferred. Essential Functions Oversees daily office operations and delegates authority to assigned supervisors. Directs supervisors in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term work plans and objectives for clinic functions. Directs supervisors in understanding/implementing clinic policies and procedures. Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary. Ensures that the clinic is staffed appropriately. Establishes and directs deadlines for work assignments and completion. Monitors work status and progress. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves work problems. Assists in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of clinic staff. Oversees and approves office supply inventory. Ensures that patients are treated courteously by office staff and that other visitors are screened and properly directed. Ensures that requests for information are handled promptly and effectively. Works with other administrative staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and high-quality patient care is provided. Participates in professional development activities. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights. Maintains confidentiality of all medical, financial, or other sensitive materials and information in printed, electronic, or verbal form, which may jeopardize the privacy of patients and/or employees. Budgetary responsibilities for assigned area. Assists the Market Leadership with monitoring reports and performs audits on patient accounts. Establish creditability and a strong presence in the clinic(s). Establish expectations and model behaviors that demonstrate service excellence to staff and focuses on the patient as the primary customer. Develop, monitor, and save data on critical performance indicators for the division. Produce monthly reports. Monitor budget and variance reports. Analyze monthly reimbursement reports for trends and/or problems. Develop corrective recommendations for problem areas.
