None Overview:

We are looking for an experienced RN leader to manage the team at the Sun City location. This role leads daily operations, supervises the clinical team, and ensures high-quality patient care across outpatient procedural services. The manager oversees 15-18 RNs, scrub techs, and MAs, supported by an RN Lead and site lead. This is primarily an administrative leadership role with occasional clinical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and clinical workflows Lead and mentor clinical staff; oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards Support perioperative services, pre/post-op workflows, sterile processing, and sedation services Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, metrics, and process improvement Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning

Requirements:

BSN required; current RN license 1-2 years relevant clinical experience; leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage the team

Environment:

Majority pain and interventional spine procedures; occasional kyphoplasty and IR cases Manager not required to cover occasional Saturday sessions
