Specialty programs are well established. The infrastructure has been rebuilt. This role is about stepping into momentum and helping drive the next phase. The Department at a Glance 15+ ORs running 45 to 60 cases daily Robust Robotics program Cardiovascular Hybrid Suite, Neuro, Robotics Large GI Suite and Outpatient Surgery Center PACU and multiple Pain Suites 10 direct reports including Coordinators, Charge Nurses, and a Supervisor This is high-volume, high-complexity perioperative leadership. Where You Will Make Impact Optimize throughput and block utilization Develop frontline leaders and succession bench strength Strengthen surgeon relationships and daily operations Support continued growth in Robotics and specialty service lines Drive accountability while maintaining strong team engagement You will partner directly with a Director who has already proven she can rebuild and elevate a department. Requirements :

RN and Bachelor's required, Master's preferred Minimum 3 years of OR leadership in a similar-sized environment Specialty certification (preferred)
