Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Bakersfield, CA Pay Range:
    $42

General Purpose The RN is responsible for supervising daily nursing activities and ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shift Provide direct patient care and assess resident conditions Administer medications and treatments as ordered Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team Ensure accurate and timely documentation Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in California CPR certification required Skilled nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
