National ASC company recruiting for 2 positions. Both positions qualify for $5,000 sign on bonus in addition to below. Director of Nursing (DON)/Administrator in LAX area endoscopy center $120,000-$145,000 150 cases, with goal to expand DON for a ASC in Downey, CA $145,000-$158,000 with $15,000 yearly performance bonus potential 300 cases per month DON responsibilities including majority of time circulating in multi-specialty setting of urology, gen surg, optho and pain cases.
