III NICU

Support staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination Mentor and develop nursing staff Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with physicians, neonatologists, and care teams Promote family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care What We're Looking For BSN or MSN required Active California RN license BLS (AHA) required NICU certification (NICRNC) within 6 months NRP within 90 days Prior NICU or leadership experience required

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
