Key Responsibilities:

Support daily NICU operations and patient care coordination Lead and mentor nursing staff in a fast-paced NICU environment Drive quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture Assist with staff development, scheduling, and performance management

Qualifications:

BSN or MSN required Current California RN license required BLS certification (AHA) required NRP required within 90 days of hire NICRNC certification required within 6 months of hire Previous NICU leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
