RN Nurse Manager

- $160,000/year + Bonuses | Full-Time The Opportunity We are looking for a strong clinical leader to take the helm of our beautiful, state-of-the-art plastic surgery center.
Lucrative Compensation:
High base salary ($150k- 160k) with bonus eligibility .

A perfect blend of hands-on patient care (circulating/PACU) and high-level administrative management. Who We Are Looking For We need a decision-maker with a calm demeanor and strong business acumen.Experience:
3-5+ years in OR/PACU (ASC experience preferred).Leadership:
proven experience supervising teams or managing a unit.Credentials:
Current CA RN License, BLS, and ACLS required. BSN preferred.Skills:
You must be comfortable managing surgical budgets, scheduling staff, and troubleshooting operations in a fast-paced environment.Job Type:
