The Operating Room Clinical Manager oversees a diverse surgical case mix including general surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, plastics, and additional specialties. Close collaboration between anesthesia, PACU, and sterile processing teams helps maintain consistent outcomes and a seamless surgical experience. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager reports directly to the Director of Surgical Services and is supported by nurse educators, data analytics teams, and supply chain partnerships. This leadership role oversees daily operations including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and budget management while fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and accountability.
