This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Lead daily nursing operations on-site, ensuring patient care standards and safety. Manage patient throughput and care pipelines to meet targets. Ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements in daily operations. Mentor team members to improve clinical skills and performance. Monitor and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Develop and implement evidence-based care plans aligned with patient needs. Serve as a point of contact for escalated clinical issues and risk management. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency. Participate in strategic growth initiatives and profitability through quality care. Maintain on-site presence to ensure visibility of work activities and outcomes. Experience/Qualifications Active registered nurse license with current clinical practice eligibility. Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing with 2+ years in leadership or management. Proven ability to lead daily operations and patient throughput targets. Strong knowledge of patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Excellent clinical judgment for escalated issues and risk management. Experience mentoring staff and developing evidence-based care plans. Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor metrics and drive improvements. Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Comfort with on-site presence and visibility of work activities and outcomes. Strategic thinking to contribute to growth initiatives and cost-effective care. What's in it for you?
