Full Job Description Position:
Interim RN Manager of Risk Summary:
The Interim Manager of Risk coordinates and supports the hospital's administration of the risk management and compliance program. The ideal candidate has 5 years of risk management leadership experience within acute care, is familiar with RLDatix event reporting system, has profound experience with faciliating and leading RCA'S, timelines, and investigations, and has profound knowledge in consent law, and navigating challenging scenarios.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferred in healthcare-related field. Clinical background - preferrably an RN licensed in California. A minimum of five years' experience as a hospital risk management leader. Ability to present, explain data and trends to various levels of key stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to work in a union environment. Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) Certification. Knowledge of CMS, Title 22, Joint Commission, Federal and State healthcare compliance program requirements and Cal OSHA law and regulations. Tentative Compensation Plan 13-week contract with opportunity to extend W2Pay:
$3,600/week, Paid Weekly Paid Housing 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month 2 Paid Travel Days per Month Rental Car Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life - available day one of contract at no costPay:
