Title:
Operating Room (OR) Manager Salary $4300/week
Location:
Lodi, CA Shift:
Days 40 hours/week (M-F) Job Summary The OR Manager provides leadership and oversight for daily Operating Room operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with surgeons and hospital leadership. Responsibilities Manage daily Operating Room operations. Supervise and support nursing and support staff. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow. Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory standards. Monitor quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Required Qualifications Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Five (5) years of perioperative or surgical services experience. One (1) year of leadership or management experience. Two (2) years of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting. Current BLS/CPR certification. CNOR, NE-BC, or other applicable nursing specialty certification.

$4,300.00 per week
