• $81/hr Responsibilities Lead and supervise NICU nursing staff during assigned shifts Coordinate patient care activities and ensure quality outcomes Provide direct patient care for critically ill neonates Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Support clinical decision-making and emergency response efforts Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices Mentor and support bedside nursing staff Required QualificationsMandatory Experience Recent NICU nursing experience Previous Charge Nurse or leadership experience Strong critical care and neonatal assessment skills Certifications & Licensure Active California RN License BLS Certification Apply Today This is a critical and fast-moving opening for an experienced NICU Charge RN ready to make an immediate impact.
