Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate must have strong NICU clinical experience along with prior leadership or charge nurse experience in a high-acuity hospital setting. The RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing daily unit operations, supporting bedside staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining efficient workflow within the NICU department.
Requirements:
Active California RN License Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience Previous Charge Nurse or leadership experience required Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work variable shifts and on-call schedules
