One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence. Every day, you will actively engage with patient care needs, guide and support your nursing team's growth, and champion departmental objectives. You'll fiercely advocate for your fellow nurses, fostering an environment where every individual reaches their full potential. Your exceptional communication will shine in 1:1 interactions with physicians, consultants, and family advocates, as you skillfully navigate challenging conversations to ensure optimal performance and patient outcomes.

Job Requirements Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g., ADN). Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.

Licensure:

Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); other credentials or credential modules may be required. Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
