Be responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management. Develop clinical standards and staff development. Continuously improve activities within assigned areas.

Experience you will need:

Nurse Manager - Med Surg/Tele Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Administration, Nursing, or a related field. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire. 3 years of relevant clinical experience. 2 to 3 years of relevant clinical leadership experience.
