Oversees clinical staff, patient care operations and administrative functions in the ambulatory surgery setting. Ensures high-quality patient care, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, support staff performance and development. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations Develop work schedules and assign duties Manage and evaluate clinical staff performance Monitor budgets, supplies and resource allocation Collaborate with physicians, referring offices and administration Train, mentor and support nursing personnel Handle patient concerns and resolve conflicts Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, policies and accreditation standards Participate in hiring, onboarding and retention efforts
