Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor Reports to:Director of Patient Care Services Location:

$100k- 110k annual + Bonus potential Job Description Summary As an RN Clinical Supervisor with First Place Pediatrics , you will be responsible for managing the care plans of the patients from admission through discharge and for maintaining the delivery of quality patient care.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Comprehensive Patient Assessment and Care Management:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients, develop and manage care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions aligned with patient goals and diagnoses.- 30% of Time 2.
Documentation and Communication:
Maintain timely and accurate documentation, communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team, and report patient status changes and clinical recommendations.- 30% of Time 3 .
Patient and Family Education:
Counsel and educate patients, families, and caregivers on care needs, clinical processes, and treatment plans, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.- 15% of Time 4.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
Assign, supervise, and mentor para-professionals and nursing staff, participate in training and professional development, and serve as a preceptor for new staff.- 15% of Time 5.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and safety standards, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support HIPAA and organizational policies through active monitoring and reporting.- 10% of

Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to theCompliance Program:
Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards. Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of First Place Pediatrics, LLC.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred, in nursing or other health related field. Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state. Must have a minimum of one year of experience as an RN Current CPR certification. Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.SKILLS/ABILITIES
Comprehensive understanding of professional nursing standards and practices, including compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal, state, and local regulations. Strong observation skills and sound nursing judgment for assessing and addressing patient. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and additional support staff. Sufficient physical endurance to manage tasks over extended work. Ability and flexibility to travel to various patient locations as needed.WORK ENVIRONMENT/DEMANDS OF THE POSITION
Travel:
up to 33% of time: Must be able to commute to patient homes in our service areas.Physical Demand:
Seldom (up to 33%) : Standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, pushing/pulling/lifting up to 50 pounds. Often (33-66%) : Typing, finger/hand grip/grasping, driving personal vehicle. Nearly Continuously (> 66%) : Sitting, view computer screen, operate office equipment, hearing, listening, talking.Mental Demand :
