Job Description
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Coordinate and manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Implement and monitor infection control measures to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform coding and documentation for accurate billing and reimbursement
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
- Utilize aseptic technique and sterile processing for procedures
- Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, such as those requiring gastric lavage or Botox injections
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting
