SUPERVISOR, ADMINISTRATIVE NURSING

Job Summary:

This individual performs the primary functions of: resource coordinator in the interpretation, direction, and evaluation of nursing practice; Coordinates nursing resources through the use of clinical management and leadership skills; Facilitates patient placement and movement; Serves as Administrative representative in the absence of managers, particularly during emergency situations.

OSHA BLOOD BORN CATEGORY

Category I. May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by State of California. Bachelor's degree..

BLS, ACLS.

Ability to plan and supervise the work of others and the ability to interpret policy to nursing personnel and to the public. Excellent communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree.

Salary Range:

$152,599 to $175,489. annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience. As part of our ongoing effort to remain an employer of choice, eligible employees who work qualifying weekend shifts receive a competitive weekend rate.
