Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Roseville, CA area for the following position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates with relevant experience considered Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialized healthcare setting preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care services by liaising with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operation of the department Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns, discuss improvements, and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews as required
