No tracheostomies, ventilators, G‑tubes, or IVs — primarily behavioral care About the Position Hillcrest Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our AM shift team. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the LVN provides high‑quality resident care within the full scope of LVN practice. We are looking for motivated professionals committed to safety, teamwork, and excellent clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations) Assist with resident comfort and daily needs Prepare and administer injections Collect samples as needed Accurately document all care and observations Report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse Support and coach staff as appropriate Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current, active, unencumbered California LVN license Current CPR certification Minimum of one year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required How to Apply Walk‑in applications only and interview with the Director of Nursing.
