As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee patient assessments, care planning, and caregiver training while ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations. You'll manage daily office operations, provide direct patient care to maintain clinical competency, and may serve as an alternate administrator or director of nursing. Additionally, you'll be involved in staff recruitment, training, and development, all while maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
Patient-Centered Care:
Deliver both direct and indirect patient care aligned with a physician's plan, ensuring the highest quality of service. Comprehensive Oversight:
Lead patient assessments, care planning, education, and training for caregivers to ensure a well-rounded care approach. Quality Assurance:
Supervise and continuously evaluate the quality of patient care, making necessary adjustments to care plans for optimal outcomes. Operational Excellence:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Clinical Expertise:
Maintain hands-on clinical competency by providing direct patient care for 20-40% of the time, staying at the forefront of patient needs. Leadership Role:
Step in as the alternate administrator or director of nursing in Medicare-certified home health agencies when needed, ensuring seamless operations. Talent Development :
Actively engage in staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong, capable team. Confidentiality Steward:

Active RN License:
Unrestricted license in the state of practice. Experience:
1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience CPR Certification:
Current certification required. Other Requirements:
