Requirements:
Required:
  • Active RN, NP, or PA license (California licensure preferred or eligible).
  • Oncology experience (required) .
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-touch patient populations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs, digital communication platforms, and healthcare technology tools.
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Interest in clinical research, emerging therapies, and innovative treatment approaches.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Clinical Director to serve as the primary point of contact for a growing population of concierge and specialized care patients. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a highly personalized patient experience while helping coordinate care, streamline communication, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The Associate Clinical Director will work closely with physicians, patients, caregivers, and external healthcare partners to ensure timely follow-up, seamless coordination, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for a clinically minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for patients navigating complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison for concierge and specialty care patients, ensuring a seamless and high-touch patient experience.
  • Maintain proactive communication with patients and families through ongoing outreach, follow-up, and care coordination.
  • Guide patients through all stages of their healthcare journey while coordinating appointments, records, testing, referrals, and treatment-related activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, laboratories, and healthcare partners to support continuity of care and treatment planning.
  • Monitor patient progress and ensure timely completion of follow-ups, appointments, and action items.
  • Provide education, resources, and support to patients and caregivers navigating complex health conditions.
  • Participate in clinical case reviews and assist with identifying research, clinical trial, and advanced treatment opportunities when appropriate.
  • Support in-clinic operations, patient visits, treatments, and program initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within practice systems and contribute to the ongoing growth and enhancement of concierge care programs.
