Responsible for clinical operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care in alignment with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary clinical team (nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains) Oversee patient care planning and service delivery across hospice programs Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory requirements Conduct chart reviews and maintain documentation quality standards Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to improve care planning and team collaboration Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to support program goals Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, home health, or community health At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Strong skills in symptom management, crisis intervention, and family support Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Current CPR certification Compensation & Benefits (General) Competitive leadership salary range based on experience Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan with employer match Professional development support and training opportunities Reimbursement programs for work-related expenses and wellness support
