Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse

Foothill Pregnancy Center - Sonora, CA Position Overview Foothill Pregnancy Center is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead and oversee our medical services. This role supports women, men, and families facing pregnancy decisions by providing high-quality care in a Christ-centered environment. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) leadership position responsible for clinical oversight, staff support, and ensuring excellence in patient care. Ministry Purpose This position plays a vital role in fulfilling the Christian mission of Foothill Pregnancy Center—offering hope, truth, and life-affirming care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Management Oversee medical operations and patient care standards Maintain policies, procedures, and compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) Manage equipment, supplies, and quality improvement Patient Care Oversight Provide and supervise pregnancy testing and client assessments Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up care Perform or oversee limited OB ultrasounds (training available) Staff & Volunteer Leadership Recruit, train, and supervise medical staff and volunteers Provide coaching and foster a mission-focused team culture Ministry & Mission Integration Model Christian values and provide spiritual leadership Serve as an ambassador of the center in the community Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (State of California
