This leader collaborates daily with the OR Manager and Anesthesia leadership and works closely with surgeons and the perioperative scheduling team. The Nurse Manager of Perianesthesia PACU Surgical Services guides a busy pre op and PACU that supports Phase I and Phase II recovery. As a Recovery Room Nurse Manager the role supports a skilled team of RNs CNs and unit coordinators who deliver consistent and compassionate care. The unit manages a full surgical mix from robotics to cardiac and also supports NORA recovery with a strong culture of teamwork.
