Good pay and benefits! Job Description What you will be doing: RN Assistant Nurse Manager
  • Labor and Delivery Report to the unit director/manager as a professional Registered Nurse.
Utilize the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. Support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. Provide managerial presence for all shifts. Oversee and lead the team of nursing clinicians.
Experience you will need:
RN Assistant Nurse Manager
  • Labor and Delivery Bachelor's Degree
  • Graduate from School of Nursing (BS or BSN). California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS
  • American Heart Association upon hire.
2 years RN experience in a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit. 2 years Charge Nurse experience. Leadership experience (Preferred).
