What You'll Do:

Support daily Labor & Delivery operations: Assist with staffing, patient flow, and clinical oversight Mentor and support bedside nursing staff Serve as a leadership presence during assigned shifts Help drive quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Current California RN License Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience Minimum 2 years of Charge Nurse experience in

Labor & Delivery BLS Certification Preferred:
