- Salaried Boulder Community Health is seeking an RN Manager of Clinical Education to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's clinical education programs.

Qualifications:
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Colorado RN license in good standing required.
- BLS required within 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities:
Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities- Lead and supervise Nurse Clinical Educators and hospital-wide nursing education programs
- Manage nursing school partnerships, volunteer training, and the Board Immersion program
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, nurse residency, and new graduate programs. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education policies, competencies, and annual education plans
- Lead staff development through skills labs, competency validation, mentorship, and ongoing education
- Use quality metrics and data to assess education effectiveness and patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing leaders, Quality, Regulatory Readiness, HR, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance, readiness, and sustained practice standards
- Administer continuing nursing education (CNE), LMS, AHA certifications, and major education events
- Coordinate clinical education requests across nursing and ancillary departments
- Serve as a clinical education resource supporting evidence-based practice, change management, and process improvement.
