Expect:

Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames. Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed. Files the MDS documents in residents' charts. Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information. Why Riverdale Post Acute? Successful Candidates:

Current RN/LPN License; RN preferred Experience as a MDS Coordinator utilizing 3.0 Experience in a SNF environment

Rate Range:
