LPN Manager Shift:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm At Pikes Peak Post Acute , we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO Experience as a Nurse Manager required Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required
