  • RN position we are hiring for: The Traveling Wellness Director
  • RN will provide clinical support across designated communities as needed to cover staffing shortages, leadership vacancies, employee leaves, vacations, and other operational needs.
This position ensures continuity of resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical oversight while supporting communities during periods of transition or increased staffing demands. The Traveling Nurse contributes to assuring an environment which is homelike, safe, and supports resident rights while working closely with families and providers to assure good communication and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Must be an RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements in CA, UT, CO, TX, MO, IL, IN, PA, NY, VT, RI, DC, NC, SC or FL. Priority will be given to candidates with NLC multistate licensure. Ability to gain licensure in any State not currently held, company may provide resources and funding as needed. Experience +5 years in Assisted Living and/or Long-term care of senior adults with cognitive decline, preferred Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing. Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting. Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general public, exceptional organizational skills and ability to reprioritize daily tasks in order to accommodate fluctuating needs of the residents and the Community. Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
