About the Role ShareSTAFF is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Unit Manager for a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity in Grand Junction, Colorado . This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader with Medical Surgical Unit leadership experience who is passionate about patient care, staff development, safe staffing, and improving clinical outcomes. The MSU Manager will oversee daily unit operations, lead and support nursing staff, maintain regulatory readiness, and help foster a positive, team-focused environment. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year
