Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a full-time RN Clinical Supervisor for our Skilled Nursing Department in our Loveland, CO office. As we expand, we need a dedicated individual to join our team and uphold our commitment to compassion and quality service.Job Summary:
The RN Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the care management for their assigned caseload and clinicians in the Skilled Nursing Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. •Required Home Health and Oasis Experience Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including recertification, admission, treatment, and discharge planning Provide clinical and clerical management support Collaborate with case managers and clinical field personnel to ensure optimal patient care Work autonomously and demonstrate strong leadership skills Work a flexible schedule, mix of in the office and field work Exhibit motivation and eagerness to continually grow skills, with flexibility to adapt to changes Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate obstacles Act as a team player and be willing to commute to patient homes when needed, assisting with visits as requiredQualifications:
Current Supervisory/Case Management experience RN License Experience in home health and a management role Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation of $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO accrual, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a 401K plan.Similar jobs in Loveland, CO
