Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinics Nurse Manager to provides hands-on leadership and supervision of daily clinic operations and personnel within an assigned service line. This role carries 24/7 accountability for the performance, coordination, and quality of care within the designated area. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Minimum of Associates of Science in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. BLS Certification required.Key Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Director or VP to manage clinic operations within established budgetary guidelines, ensuring all practices are appropriately staffed and equipped Ensure provider schedules are accurately templated in the EHR in alignment with provider direction and contractual productivity requirements Collaborate with new providers to assess space, equipment, and technology needs; coordinate requests for computers, software, and onboarding resources Arrange and oversee initial and ongoing IT training and support for providers and clinic staff Lead monthly practice meetings at each clinic location, developing agendas with input from leadership and providers; document and distribute meeting summaries and follow up on action items Proactively communicate concerns or operational issues with providers and leadership, ensuring transparency and timely resolution Participate in provider annual performance evaluations as requested by leadership Serve as a liaison between the hospital and local or consulting physician offices to strengthen relationships and resolve patient care issues Maintain current knowledge and competencies related to Rural Health Clinic (RHC) operations and regulations Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines in partnership with medical staff and ancillary services Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community agencies, including Public Health and Home Health & Hospice organizations Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise Nurse Supervisors, charge nurses, and designated clinic leads within Rural Health Clinics Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of staff Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient clinic operations We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package to support your career growth and personal well-being.
