We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Pediatric & Adolescent Women's Health department. Role:
Valid State of Connecticut Registered Nurse license and CPR certification (or eligibility to obtain within 90 days) Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience in acute or outpatient settings At least 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership and mentorship skills Proven ability to develop, coach, and manage clinical teams effectively Strong knowledge of medication effects, infection control, and population health concepts within a PCMH model Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus Competence in Microsoft Office Suite to facilitate documentation and reporting Nice to
Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or other languages Experience working with socioeconomically diverse and multiethnic populations Familiarity with electronic health records, nurse documentation standards, and quality improvement initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher Extensive experience in a supervisory role within outpatient or acute care settings Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical abilities
