What You'll Do:

As a memory care director, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within our memory care unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the memory care unit Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being Communicate and effectively implement the overall operating philosophy of the memory care unit to residents, families, responsible parties, and the facility staff.
