About the Role The Regional Clinician will work directly under the VP of Clinical Services , supporting multiple facilities throughout the week. This individual will play a key role in strengthening clinical systems, providing on-site guidance, and ensuring our centers consistently meet high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site clinical support, oversight, and coaching to facility nursing leadership teams Assist with clinical audits, QAPI initiatives, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance Evaluate and strengthen clinical processes, documentation, and care delivery systems Support new
