Northwest Nurse Practitioner Associates is a Medical Practice that provides whole person care through Functional Medicine, Primary Care, Nutrition, and Health Coaching. We are a small, but high functioning team that works in a hybrid of both in person and Virtual appointments. Our office has been open since 2004. We are on a mission to reach out to our community and beyond and teach them that there is a way to get to the root cause of their health issues, instead of treating symptoms. ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an RN / Operations Wellness Manager to provide clinical duties and help oversee our front office operations. This would include administrative duties, phone, hosting Webinars, and face-to-face communications with patients. This role is recruiting for an RN that has the capability to be cross-trained for operations but is not expected to work past an equivalent of a full-time role. - Must have experience in Patient Portals, Excel and tracking systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RN Clinical Duties:
Assess patient, place IV and administer IV Nutrition/Vitamin Therapy per protocols. Administer medications and injections as prescribed Venipuncture for routine and Functional Medicine lab testing. Collaborate to plan and implement patient care plans Maintain clinical supplies Educate patients on IV Nutrition therapy, follow up on treatment plans, respond to patient questions. Help build new protocols.
Skills:
- 3+ years IV experience
- Proficient in administering injections and medications, venipuncture.
- Warm, compassionate care.
- Ability to handle emergency situations Front Office & Administrative Operations Help manage incoming communications: email, phone, and patient messages Welcome patients and assist with supplement questions and purchases Help maintain office supplies, SOPs, and an organized, efficient front office environment Team Management Manage direct reports Help oversee clinic operations Work with clinic owner on efficiencies and optimizing performance of the team Assist with Webinar & Digital Outreach as needed.
Marketing & Brand Support Collaborate on funnel strategy and optimization. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications Assist in coordinating monthly member and public-facing newsletters
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum 3 years IV Nutrition/Vitamin therapies. 1+ years practice or equivalent management experience. Demonstrated comfort with performance metrics, accountability conversations, and being measured on outcomes Excellent verbal communication — you can hold a room and hold a one-on-one with equal skill Proficiency in Patient Portals, Excel, and CRM or scheduling tools Strong time management; you juggle priorities without being managed Self-directed and proactive — you solve problems before they escalate Preferred Background in wellness, integrative health, or functional medicine Experience with Cerbo or similar electronic health record systems
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:
$80+ based on experience Monthly performance bonus tied to KPIs — when the practice wins, you win
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday in person ; possible 1-2 evenings per month for Virtual Webinar.
