Excelcare at Lewes is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor who provides leadership and clinical oversight for weekend operations in our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, supports nursing staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and promotes a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment. RN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during weekend shifts Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies Provide direct patient care when necessary Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly

RN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of DE Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing Prior supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions We are an equal opportunity employer.
