• $55/hour (based on experience) Role Overview The Nurse Manager
• Behavioral Health (RN) oversees 24/7 unit operations , ensuring excellence in patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

This role is responsible for driving quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency within a high-volume behavioral health unit. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a 53-bed Behavioral Health unit Lead and supervise a team of 100+ FTEs (RNs, BHTs, CNCs) Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance management Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital policies Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and satisfaction initiatives Qualifications Active Florida RN license (or compact license) BSN required

BLS & ACLS
